Payment options

We will charge your client a “ZenBooking platform reservation fee”, which will be 10% of the total value of the booking made on our portal. This fee represents the commission that we are entitled to, according to our Terms & Conditions. This fee must be paid online when the client confirms their reservation. The client will be obliged to pay the remainder according to your instructions and timeline. In case the client cancels the reservation and he is entitled to a full refund, ZenBooking will refund the platform reservation fee and you are responsible for refunding the remainder. Choose all payment possibilities available for your clients. Online reservation payment via Zen Booking, with the balance later paid into your bank account by the retreat leader.

Retreat organisers must pay 10% online, in order to make a reservation. The remaining amount (90% of the overall cost of the booking) will be transferred to your account by the client. You can also set a deadline by which the client must pay the remainder.

You can set the amount retreat organisers must pay online in order to make a reservation. This amount can be from 15 - 90% of the overall cost of the booking. The client will then pay the remainder to you in person, either in cash or by credit card.

Booking options

24-hour Review You will have 24 hours to double-check your availability and confirm or reject booking requests. After the booking request, your availability calendar will be blocked for 24 hours. If you do not confirm the booking within 24 hours, the booking request will expire and calendar will be unblocked. Instant Booking All booking requests are automatically accepted for the available days in your calendar. We recommend choosing this option as it will increase your chances of getting more bookings from retreat leaders. If you choose this method, please make sure your availability calendar is always up to date, to avoid double bookings and the penalties and fees associated with it (please read our Terms & Conditions carefully) .
