We will charge your client a “ZenBooking platform reservation fee”, which will be 10% of the total value of the booking made on our portal. This fee represents the commission that we are entitled to, according to our Terms & Conditions. This fee must be paid online when the client confirms their reservation. The client will be obliged to pay the remainder according to your instructions and timeline. In case the client cancels the reservation and he is entitled to a full refund, ZenBooking will refund the platform reservation fee and you are responsible for refunding the remainder. Adding a new venues

In the next few steps you will be asked to enter information about your venue and about yourself, the host. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough time to complete the registration, you can come back at any time to update and finish submitting the required information.

Once your registration is complete, you will be given access to your Venue details. On your admin dashboard, you will be able to edit your offer, set your availability calendar and corresponding pricing, and preview your listing before publishing the offer.

Our platform operates in partnership with the global online payment provider, Stripe. In order to receive online payments for your reservations, you will be asked to open a Stripe account. It’s very easy, takes only few minutes and is done as one of the steps of your registration on our platform. Stripe is currently available for businesses in 34 countries https://stripe.com/global. If your business is located in a country without the Stripe services, you will be able to skip the step in which you are asked to open an account with them.
